Common fixes
The page is not refreshing
Check that the extension shows the tab as active. If it says it is waiting, you are using the page and the option to hold the refresh is on; choose Ignore, or turn off “React when I use the page” on the Refresh tab.
The countdown does not appear on the page
The on-page timer needs access to that website. Open the extension on the page and allow access when asked. Some pages, such as the browser’s own pages and the Chrome Web Store, never allow extensions.
The keyboard shortcut does nothing
Another extension or the browser may already use those keys. Set different keys in your browser’s extension shortcut settings.
Pressing Space twice does nothing
It works on websites you have given the extension access to, and is ignored while you type in a field. Check that the option is on in Settings.
My alert did not fire
Check the keyword type matches what you entered, and that the “Only inside” area still exists on the page. Use Pick on page to select the element again.
It stopped by itself
A stop condition (Stop after or Stop at) was reached, or an alert was set to stop refreshing. The extension shows the reason when you open it.
I did not get the login code
Check your spam folder and that the email address is typed correctly. The code can take a minute to arrive and is valid for 10 minutes. You can request a new one from Settings.
